"OP surely delivered. I absolutely love this desktop... but it didn't quite work for me so I jerry-rigged some code that will work for all screen sizes. It has turned my screen from [1] the before photo to the after photo. If you've run into the following take the following steps,
Copy and paste [2] my code over the [3] OP's code, which s/he so graciously provided.
Next, change the weather meter to your current temperature. Change the numbers "61820" in the URL in the weather meter section to your zip code.
Rescale the image pokemon.png to dimensions that match your screens resolution
Paste the background image (squirtle and bulbasaur) beneath pokemon.png save as pokemon.png
Measure length of bars (I dragged the selecting tool in paint and looked at the bottom of the window and read off the x coord) and resize those accordingly"
